I have been fairly active my whole life until I became pregnant. I packed on the weight from not eating right. As a of that, I gained 60 lbs before my due date.
After giving birth to my sweet little girl by C-section, I felt like I had no energy, didn't feel good in my own body and got tired of carrying around the extra weight. I decided I had enough! I started eating better and working out to better my health and feel like me again. I joined a company called Beachbody and became a fitness coach and tried my first program - 21 Day Fix. The results I got were amazing and I felt good! Best decision I made to better my health. I have had the chance to meet lots of great people and help others with their own fitness goals.
