the product is very time effective. if i am in a hurry, which i am most of the time, i am having something for breakfast and lunch that is nutritional. i enjoy the vanilla flavor the most. and total control is helpful reducing the hunger. when i have my shake in the morning i can usually go until my lunch hour without eating anything. the same thing applies to the shake i have for lunch. it ties me over until dinner/supper.
