Born and raised in Toronto I have personally witnessed the remarkable transformation this city has made. We are now able to compete on the world stage in finance, arts and entertainment, food and, of course, quality of life. I have had the good fortune to watch and be a part of the real estate growth of this city having owned condominiums, investment properties and several family homes. I guess you can say real estate is part of who I am I have always been a "hands on" property owner and have completed several projects for myself including bathroom renovations, plumbing, drywall, tiling, roofing, and deck building. This work has helped me to better understand the implications and value of quality renovation work and where you get the best "bang for your buck." Before starting my career in Real estate, I spent 20+ years in project management for large IT firms. That experience taught me some very clear objectives, namely; understand the customer's need, provide it, deliver it within budget, and achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction. These skills continue to serve me and my clients well. My goal is to provide valuable insight, information and experience. I love a challenge and will go the extra mile every time. They say that Toronto is one of best cities in the world to live in. I disagree. As a lifetime resident of this city, I would argue that there is no better place to live.
