My name is Diane Boyd and I am a sales representative with iPro Realty Ltd., (formerly Sutton Group - Professional Realty Inc.) in Brampton, Ontario. I work out of a number of offices, our head office in Brampton, as well as Orangeville, Shelburne, Mississauga, Georgetown, Milton, Toronto on Danforth Avenue, and Toronto on Dundas St. W. in The Junction. We also have offices in Muskoka and are opening our latest one in Burlington in Spring 2017! I live in Caledon, and enjoy selling homes in the beautiful countryside of both Dufferin and Peel Regions. I have been a full time Realtor for over 32 years, since obtaining my license in January of 1985! I specialize in residential real estate, helping first time buyers, move up buyers, and selling country property and estates. I have earned my ASA designation (Accredited Senior Agent), which means that I am an expert in handling all the details for seniors and Zoomers in their later in life moves, including downsizing, decluttering, re-organizing and staging their homes for sale. I also have trusted colleagues in the associated fields, who can assist with these details to make these difficult decisions a little easier for seniors. Approximately 95% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, which is the heart of my motto "Superior Service Since 1985!" My no pressure approach to real estate sales is a customer service based philosophy, and my goal is to make the home buying or selling process as stress free and comfortable as possible, and we usually have a lot of fun along the way! I educate my clients every step of the way, so both buyers and sellers are familiar with the processes and terminology of the various aspects of the real estate transaction.
