I help awaken a sense of passion, possibilities, and purpose for my clients. I use a simple 3 step plan to help them with clarity, focus, action and structure for a sustainable transition. I work as their partner to help them find what is important; I listen deeply; help them create an action plan with time lines, and keep them accountable. I help them create a purposeful, satisfying career; transition to their next chapter of life, or create a vibrant retirement.
