Genuine Cleaning is a 24/7 cleaning company serving the Ottawa area available any day of the year. We provide estimates on site to ensure no miscommunications between us and the customer. You are also given the opportunity to meet your Genuine Cleaning staff and if for some reason you are not comfortable with the cleaner that is assigned to your space you may request a different cleaner with no questions asked. Our mission is to provide each and every customer with eco friendly products and services that are always of excellent quality! We clean for you as we would our own families. We only use Dyson vacuums, Green Works and CLR cleaning products, and 100% recycled rags. Bathroom and kitchen floors are done by hand. Genuine Cleaning staff welcomes your criticism, we find it useful and encouraging when cleaning your space. If we decide to change products or staff for your space you will be notified 24 hours before we use the new product or new employee in your space. If needed the customer has direct communication with their cleaners anytime for questions or concerns. If anything is damaged during our visit to your space we will replace it immediately.
