We were traveling from far away and decided to rent a car when we arrived at the Ottawa Airport. The price couldn't be beat, but what could be beat was the service. We checked in at the airport in our home city only to find out we were delayed. Call National, they said they woudl wait for us up to a 1/2 after they close (wow fantastic!!) unfortunately, we were extremely late getting in and they had to close. Went back the next day and that's where things went wrong. They didn't have a van for us!!!! So I had come out there for nothing!!! Then I had to go back again later that day AGAIN to pic up the vehicule. Major inconvience for a vehicule that should have been waiting for us since we were supposed to pick it up the night before. Then the car was in poor shape, lights coming off, auto locks didn't work, car not clean. National never offered us anything for the inconvience. Good price, but lousy service.
