I'm not happy. I have used UPS for alot of my stuff in leamington Ontario only and now North Bay Ontario UPS store says my brothers parcel was delivered on the tracking site but yet my brother didn't get anything and wasnt left a sticky not time of pick up card. Or even a card with the next day delivery time. I will never us UPS to send stuff to north Bay and would like a apology and a reason and letter from the person working that day that delivered it.
