Karen brings to her new career an extensive background in the private and public sector. Her experience as an Emergency and Operating Room nurse honed her skills to quickly evaluate and help resolve both medical and patient care concerns.
Building on her ability to listen with discernment, Karen subsequently partnered with her husband in franchising two very successful insurance agencies for 18 years. Her role as Director of the companies included oversight of the business management including personnel, finance, advertising, and leasing. Karen offers a unique combination of skills to Exit Realty, grounded in sensitivity to the needs of a broad cross-section of individuals.
