very loud atmosphere if you go during busy hours. the wait can be up to an hr in a tiny little entrance way! their salad and bread is great because its unlimited. pasta is delicious. only have one bad experience witha server there when i used a gift card, he decided to use the entire remaining amount on the gift card (almost $15) towards his tip without asking even though i left him a tip in cash. I used the card at another eastside marios only to find it EMPTY. had to go back to the one one upperjames to let them know what happened.
