The Manager at this store went over and above the call of duty. I had seen a pantry unit in the flyer, but was unable to find it in the store. I went to customer service, and was told that that item hadn't come in, but they could order it for me. I left my name and phone number, and was told they would call when it came in. The manager phoned me and told me the pantry unit had come in. When I got there, I was offered an additional 10% off on the sale price. I was very pleased, and will shop here again and again.
