Erin’s passionate and driven attitude to help individuals achieve their nutrition goals had lead her to found Powerful Food Nutrition Service. Erin Madden achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Human Nutrition at Mount Saint Vincent University. She then wanted to take on a more holistic approach and studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She also obtained her personal training certificate through Can Fit Pro.
Erin has been working within the field of nutrition and fitness over the past 6 years. Throughout her career she has worked with individuals, athletes, and community groups to improve their nutrition practices. Erin specializes in weight loss, weight gain, digestive disorders, arthritis, sports nutrition, increasing energy and many others. Erin’s approach to nutrition is individualized, realistic and goal oriented.
