Sana SoupHouse opened its doors on Monday March 17th at 387 Graham Avenue in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Sana, which comes from the Latin meaning healthy is just that. The soups are made daily from traditional Eastern European recipes that have been in the family for generations. The soups range in styles from hearty borscht to lighter stock based soups like the wild mushroom. The soups are made fresh every evening which ensures a new menu everyday. Sana is introducing fruit based soups for breakfast, and is currently looking to expand into vegetarian and vegan options.
