Stress can wreak havoc on your mind and body, that’s where Indian Head Massage, Bars Healing, and Chair massage can help to reduce tension and pain and promote relaxation of mind, body and spirit.
In this day and age we are often quite busy and don't have time to book appointments at clinics. I am a mobile practitioner, therefore I make my services easy and convenient. I come to you so that you can have your moment to relax in the comfort of your own home without having to worry about being on time or having to find parking.
I am a certified Chair Massage Practitioner, certified Indian Head Massage practitioner, certified Access Consciousness- The Bars practitioner, certified Yoga teacher and certified Reiki Master.
