My enthusiasm and interest in the property market lead me to change careers and pursue my dream of working in real estate. I can provide you with ideas on how to improve your new home, whether or not certain changes are worth the price and to provide you with the services you need. I can also arrange inspections of the property and surveying when needed. I know and adhere to all local and provincial laws associated with property and I have the ability to work within the time frame agreed upon in the contract. I also have the ability to promote my services and maintain a website to promote the listings with visual tours of the property.
