Are you experiencing a difficult situation and finding it hard to cope? Are you having problems in your relationship, separating or divorcing? Perhaps you are suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, feeling lonely or homesick? Know that suffering alone is not necessary when counselling can help you to cope successfully with those devastating feelings.
I offer you very comfortable, non-judgmental sessions where you will feel cared, understood, and supported. I also offer you a service based on respect, confidentiality, and ethical principles. I strongly believe that counselling is successful when the client and the therapist work together to create solutions. I use Postmodern approaches in my counselling with most of my clients, and one of my greatest accomplishments is when I see them discovering and using their own strengths. My sessions are in English or Spanish, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I also offer sessions some weekends and evenings through Skype.
