Dr. Monik Kalia, Clinical & Forensic Psychologist

Dr. Monik Kalia is a Forensic and Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He has offices in Mississauga and Toronto. He is also a Consulting Psychologist for Probation & Parole, Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services in the GTA area). Dr. Kalia is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English.
Dr. Kalia specialises in forensic and court ordered assessments and treatment. He conducts a variety of risk assessments for individuals facing criminal charges. He also provides sex offender assessments (possession of child pornography, sexual assault, sexual interference, indecent act etc.) He has a Phallometric testing Laboratory in Mississauga. He conducts parenting capacity assessments for various Children Aid Societies and Courts. Assessments are conducted on site (Jails, detention centres etc.) for individuals facing criminal charges as well as for those who are applying for Parole. Dr. Kalia also provide treatment services for clinical and forensic issues. Individual treatment is provided for various mental health issues, family , couple and marriage issues.
