And It took me 2 entire days to help fix and repair hidden work his Friend; did, that would of put himself and his daughter or anyone in that room at risk. And most jobs I go to, I am repairing inadequate work, that should of lasted Years longer than it did. And its even more sad when you walk into a newly renovated place to see that it already looks 10 years old, when its been just a few month since they gave them that last cheque.
