Ontario Movers

I called and spoke to a guy named Andrew. I explained I had a one bedroom apartment and that there was not an elevator in either building. He said “no problem” and stated that he would provide 2 guys and a truck for 3 hours for $225.00 and that there are no hidden fees. The guys came early – 2 very young guys. They one who did the talking said that they had to collect the fee up front (turned out to be $282.00), and asked me to sign a form. I figured it was a “we’re not liable form”, so I signed and gave them the money. Looking back and speaking to other people – money prior to service was a big red flag.They then proceeded to load up my furniture. The talker didn’t do much moving and they were both rough with my belongings. After about 1 ½ hours we leave to go to my new place. So we get down to my new place. The two guys get out of the truck, close the doors and make no move to open the loading door. The talker tells me they want another $250.00 to unload and deliver my furniture and that stair
