Description

Inner city children are often at a disadvantage during the summer months, these children come from families who cannot afford to pay $400 for one week or summer camp. As a result these children are at home bored with nothing to do, often turning to the streets getting involved with the wrong crowd at an early age. I know because I was an inner-city child.
I am now an Ontario Certified Teacher, with 6 years teaching experience. Camp Green Light was created with inner-city children as first priority, ensuring these children have an affordable camp they could attend for the summer months of July and August. The students at Camp Green Light are taught the Ontario Curriculum through play-based activities such as, talent shows, baking, dramatic skits, water games, and much more! 2 MONTHS OF CAMP FOR $650!!
