Intro
Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fight Coach. Trained by Clinton Mckenzie brother of the former World Welter Weight Champion of the 90s Duke Mckenzie.Victor developed his own style of training using f\uctional training techniques combined with deep core stability. Victor went on to further his expertise by joining the ranks of the Reat performance center in Holland run by Rayen Bindroban churning out world champions such Andy sowe(K1 Welterweight Champion), Hesdy Gerges (K1 Heavyweight Champion), Andy Riste(Showtime Light Heavyweight champion) and the Prodigy' King of the Ring" Tyrone Sponge and Rashad Evans.
Advanced Functional trainer
The theory behind this unique form of training lies in the individuals capability. The one on one training enhances and develops the skills of the fighter. For the non-fighter there are great benefits in developing a powerful core through training the deeper muscles around the lower back with unique training techniques. Victor uses the element of Biomechanics to increase range of motion. Functional training can help you in your day to day life by waking up muscles that lay dorment due to the lack of movement. Your overall wellbing will increase tenfold as well as developing that physique you have always dreamed of!
Fat Loss/Nutrition
Victor will help you understand the science behind fat loss to enable you to reach your goal. His diets and nutritional guidance will help complete your goal. Taking that first step to commit yourself to weightloss can be daunting for some, Victor has developed the 3 stage principles of fatloss.

Victor has coached boxers and MMA fighters. Teaching a boxing skill involves not only throwing punches, but why the punch is thrown using Biomechanics of movement, physics and range of motion. Techinique is crucial for advancement and self confidence. With Victor you will find fight training enjoyable, safe, fun but most of all you leave with a skill.
