SIP’s are high-performance building materials used in walls roofs and floors for residential and light commercial construction. The panels are made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam insulatic (EPS, PU, XPS) between two skins of structural boards such as OSB, Plywood, Cement Board, or Magnesium Board. Our SIP prefabricated house kit is a ready to assemble home package. All the SIP panels have been fully fabricated by CNC machining the panels to the precise size and numbering them for ease of erection. All the wall panels, roof panels, sub floors, stairs, beams, fasteners and basic tools are included.
