I went to Relax Mind Body and Soul because I was struggling trying to find a therapy that could help me to align my nervous system and reduce my levels of stress. My first impression when I walked into the room was positive; I found it clean quiet and peaceful. Had my first session which included three different techniques, Reiki, Access Consciousness Bars Treatment and Rain Drop, the combination of the three techniques in one session was fantastic and after one hour of treatment I felt the change; the tension, and the racing thoughts I was going through, were significantly reduced, not 100% but I want to go back to get more treatment and experience again the calmness I had in my first session. I totally recommend this place.
