Review: Wayne and his crew completed my basement renovation last month. I was absolutely thrilled with the work. Wayne is professional, courteous, personable and completely honest. He provided me with a written estimate which was very detailed. He did not require a large payment up front. Instead, we paid him in three installments: Up front a payment was made for materials, next payment was made - when the basement was partially finished and the final payment was made when the job was completed and we were absolutely satisfied with the results. The work Wayne did with his crew was absolutely stunning. Wayne is a perfectionist with high standards. If he was not satisfied with any aspect of the reno, he would change it. Stop looking for a contractor. Wayne is your guy. He is honest very skilled and will get the job done in a reasonable time. I highly recommend Wayne for your building/reno needs. I would use his services again in future renovations. Thanks Wayne!!
