I chose T M Tiling to complete some projects at my house. At our very first meeting, Mr. MacDonald’s demeanor put me at ease and earned my trust. Mr. MacDonald guided me through the entire process always willing to take time to discuss my concerns and respond to my questions. Mr. MacDonald is very competent and was able to rectify mistakes by other contractors. He provided valuable input, was well organized and very meticulous. His work ethic gave me the impression that he treated the jobs as one of his own home, cleaning up after each day’s labour. I have had a number of negative experiences with general contractors and it is satisfying to be able to say that my experience with Mr. MacDonald was a pleasure from start to finish.
