Stay far far away from this crook, he will take your money and run away. Richard is full of lies and will never deliver on time, not only he took money from me and didn't complete my interlocking also left my basement in middle and ran away. He didn't even pay the sub contractors. I know 5 (2 electricians, 2 painters, drywall guy) guys whom Richard still owes money. Guy is totally unprofessional and on top of that he brings his partner in crime James whom he introduces as his manager, he drives a Black Mercedes GLK and is a sweat talker. He claims to just do paperwork for Richard and promises to fix everything however in real he is equally responsible for all the mess that Richard makes. Not only me but couple of my friends were also deceived by this crook. I have all the paperwork and pictures of his unfinished work which I have provided to my Lawyer, not sure how long will it take to bring him to justice but I want to do my bit in the meantime so that he doesn't rob anyone else in the meantime.
