Winter is here! You know what that means! Snow, and not everybody loves it. I like to welcome you to the world of No shoveling, No salting, and No back breaking labor.
My name is James, and I've lived through these winters along with you. I understand how snow fall can be an inconvenience, the cold that comes with it and for the busy life styles that we have. Sometimes there's not enough time in a day to complete the task. I'm glad to say you can worry no more. Wake up or come home with your walkways, driveways , steps, and porches clear of snow and salted with the services and contracts I have to offer. Or give me a call for one time services. I have attached a list of what services I provide and hopefully more to come in the future! Basic Snow Removal. 20-40$ - Involves removal of snow from walkways, stairs, porches, driveways. Snow is placed in a designated area such as lawn, road, back ally, somewhere on property where is out of the way and approved from customer. Ice-chipping. add 10$ - Involves the use of an ice chipper tool, where it is used at the final layer between the ice/snow and sidewalk/walkway/driveway. Remaining snow that cannot be removed with shovel. Salting Applied. 10$ per use - Is when laying a layer of salt on the finished walkway/driveway where it will melt the final ice/snow in the cracks and uneven ground. Should be applied before snow and rain fall. Will prevent additionally icing on surface where applied. Up to 5kg of salt per a use. Driving Required. 20$minumim, 0.40$/km - Not charged if work is within city limits. When work is outside city limits, a minimum charge is applied then after 10km a dollar amount is applied to each kilometer after, where a round trip will be considered in all cases. Example: Work area is 12km from city, 24km will be charged. The first 10km is 20$ and 0.40$/km after, the total amount would be 14x0.40=5.60+20=25.60$ per a trip. Premium Service done before 8am. 15$ added to bill per a visit - A start time will be determined with the customer so not to disturb them, and will be done before 8am. Considering time, amount of snow fall and services wanted could finish later. Only considered in contracts, or agreed and paid prior to visit. Quotes for work. 5$ per quote - Quotes are priced at 5$ to cover gas, time, and inventory. This does not include out of city work, mileage with be added for out of city quotes as well. Quotes are good for 14 calendar days. A walk-through will be provided and meet customer for assessment of work. Weekly Contract work. - Includes a weekly visit, a fixed price will be agreed upon for work, a contract will be filled and filed with customer. Customer does not need to be there if payment has already been received for work. Great for customers going on holidays. Minimum two visits. Snow Fall Contract work. - Includes a visit every time there is snow fall to clear. Plus a weekly visit to make sure the property is clean, everything included (Snow/Ice removal, Sweeping, Salting, Premium Service). Minimum 4 weeks, starting at 600$. Mileage not included. Prices vary from job to job, may be more depending on amount of snow and the size of the work area.
