Dustin may know his real estate but does not remain impartial. I spilt cost of appraisal with the lender. I paid Dustin my portion and Dustin supplied report to lender (does a lot of work for them) and refuses to give me a copy until the lender pays. He then stated he knew he would be paid by the lender but still wont give me a copy.
