Vahede has been facilitating self-esteem workshops for women for over 15 years. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach who is passionate about bringing out the best in everyone that she works with.
Vahede truly believes that the foundation of a happy and successful society is built on the Respect and Dignity of All the members of that society. Vahede has lived in different countries, and she has been living in Calgary for the last 25 years. When Vahede is not coaching or conducting workshops, you can find her cooking, spending time with family or giving back to the community.
