I started with Purefit on February 10, 2014 after deciding I wanted to get in shape, live a healthier lifestyle and become a better stronger me!! I have since lost 21.4 pounds to date and have never looked back! Kala with Purefit Training has been there for me every step of the way. Developing my meal plan and tweeking it when needed. She has developed a workout plan to meet my unique needs while being a busy mom on a budget! Aside from being a personal trainer she is a motivator and is there whenever I have questions... And believe me I've asked a lot! I would definitely recommend Purefit Training to anyone serious about achieving their goals, I would never be where I am today without her!
