Road Runner Moving

If I could rate Zero stars I would. I’ve had 4 deliveries by Home Depot by this company, 3 of the 4 resulted me returning the products because they broke them. I ordered a couch, chair, ottoman, and mattress from The Bay, and was greeted by the same two gentlemen who were so kind to treat my appliances with this respect. They took my mattress, put it in the slush on the street. I simply said “don’t leave my mattress in the snow” the mover than stated that “they’ll take the plastic off before entering my home.” They were filthy. I said I don’t want their dirty hands touching my white mattress. The movers than proceeded to take my mattress, throw it into the truck, kick it, and drive off with my order. All after me just asking for them to treat my items with respect. So if you like someone handling your couch and mattress that looks like they just rebuilt a transmission in a truck, or movers that genuinely don’t care about your newly purchased items, then use this company.
