I hired him in December 20133 bedroom townhouse – Just painting and carpet reinstallation He spent more then 3 weeks for this very simple job! Result Overpriced. Not in Time Very poor quality I can not move in house in time. And I spent a lot of money for hotel. Joints between pieces of drywall in corners masked by tape The old tape was in very bad condition – he did not fix it. He painted over On next day tape was loose and I ask him – to fix it and repaint. His answer “It is not a my problem It is builders problem. I refuse to do that” Baseboards had nails sticking out – I fixed it by myself. What you think – who responsible for removing construction garbage in your home? Contractor ? No! I asked him – “Can you please remove a garbage” ? He answered “Common, You do not have a broken hands, do you ? “ You can do it by yourself!.” It is absolutely truth I do not joking – I swear !
