Men's Therapy

I have worked in therapy with Mark for two and a half years, and he has helped me heal, change, and grow. He has helped me process old feelings and wounds, see more clearly the impact of my family of origin on my relationship patterns and emotional responses, and let go of grief and shame. He helped facilitate an "engine overhaul" with some of my painful patterns, and I keep coming back for "tune ups." Mark is insightful, present, compassionate, and gifted. I like that Mark brings a deeply spiritual and intuitive quality to the sessions. He has a good sense of humor and I enjoy the way he sometimes shares from his own experience on the journey. I've worked through relationship issues, workplace tension, parenting issues, grief, and the stress of dealing with an elderly parent's long term care, and then passing. Mark comes with wisdom, experience, and a lot of skill. I highly recommend him as a therapist.
