I would 100% recommend this company. The service guy showed up at 7:30pm at night, he was very polite and knowledgeable.He only charged a $30 service call fee and proceeded to fix my garage door that very same evening, replacing the whole motor. He was done around 10pm. I had another company come out a week prior. They only take appointments between 8am-5pm, so I had to take time off work, he showed up, looked at the garage, explained to me he does not deal in genie parts, and then charged me $100 for the 2 minute service call. I was not very impressed with that sort of service and then charging me for nothing. I can not say enough good things about the experience I had with sky door service.
