Hi my name is Brody Cousins. I'm 22 years old, and I live in P.E.I Canada. I was once overweight back in high school with a weight of 230 lbs and high blood pressure and finally said that is enough. Through the years I have been jogging and lifting a few weights and came across Beachbody! I seen an infomercial for Insanity and I said oh my god are you serious, that looks hard. I gave it a shot anyways though and after my first workout I wasn't just drenched in sweat, I was hooked!!! Ever since I have been toning,losing weight and I reached the weight of 154 lbs! Super happy I changed my lifestyle and am now till today I'm maintaining my weight and definitely living a healthier lifestyle! Now I'm a Beachbody coach reaching out to anyone that could use some help in reaching their fitness goals! It can be done if you stick with it and believe me these programs and supplements work!!
