NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased 2 heat pumps about 2 years ago and the service has been terrible. From techs who come in for maintenance and curse the entire time while I'm working, to damaging my property on 2 occasions. Neither time did I ask them to pay out of pocket for the damages I had to fix. Here's the latest message I received today. Apparently they refuse to come to my house because they can't trust their employees to fix my units without damaging something: Hi Nick Brian called to let you know that we will not be doing any more service work for you, there are other LG dealers in town, as we have been there several times and problems with marks on walls and it may be in your best interest to go to another dealer, on the lg website there are other dealers listed please see (LG's website) Thank You Lisa J ColwellBG Administration Great job BG!
