We recently had some electrical issues in our house. I contacted Gregg at Storm Electric and he tried tohelp us over the phone with some basic tips. After eliminating some of the basic issues over the phone he confirmed an appointment with us for the next day. Upon arriving, Gregg checked a few things before he was able to isolate the problem to the panel box in the basement. One of the wires was not clamped down properly and had burned out. He fixed this problem which fixed the electrical issues we were having. He checked all the other wires and circuits in the box and found that the majority of them were not properly clamped down. He fixed all these so the problem would not happen again. Gregg also helped me identify the circuits in the panel box which were not properly labeled. Gregg was punctual, thorough courteous, informative, professional and patient when explaining the issues. I would definitely contact him again if I have any other issues and I highly recommend him to others. Thanks Storm Electric.
