We cater to all fitness levels as there are modifications for all exercies; everyone leaves feeling they had a great workout. Each class is upbeat, challenging and empowering. About Jenna
Certified by the NSCA, Jenna Rose-Marie McKenzie is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Turbulence Trainer. Being a fitness enthusiast and health nut for nearly a decade, Jenna specializes in fat loss workouts that are safe and effective in boosting your metabolism in the shortest time possible. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and personal goals; pushing their limits, unleashing their potential and becoming their happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
Jenna is a happy-go-lucky personal trainer who dances when her favourite song comes on the radio, laughs at a drop of a hat, has a couple of marathons under her belt (although, she discourages long distance running and endorses interval training), completed several triathlons, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and jumps out of planes willingly. Adrenaline-junkie? Perhaps. An enthused trainer? Definitely.
