I phoned Bill to fix a roof leak at my Hamilton rental property. He promptly came out and fixed it the very next day and it never leaked again. About a year later I was posed with numerous exterior problems. I went by the house to have a look and was perplexed. I phoned Bill on a Saturday afternoon while I was at the property and he remembered me calling from a year ago. I told him I don't live in Hamilton and asked if he could come meet me while I was at the house. He was getting his kids ready to take them to the Santa Clause parade but said he will come by first and help me out. 30 minutes later Bill arrived. Bill spent over a half hour with me and my tenant combing the whole exterior of the house and advised what he could do to solve all my problems. I was honestly losing sleep thinking about all my exterior issues but stopped after Bill put me at ease with his knowledge of products and installation. Once again, great work, great service and fair pricing for a job well done.
