LPL Construction is a small limited company servicing Edmonton and surrounding area. Services include framing, drywall, taping, textured ceilings, painting, finishing, flooring (excluding carpet and linoleum), decks, fences, kitchens, bathrooms and basement developments.
LPL Construction has two journeyman carpenters on staff with a combined 14 years experience in renovating. Jobs can be done at either time and material or estimates can be made up. Also interested in subcontracting. LPL is covered by WCB and carries 2 million general liability insurance. LPL did a basement reno for us this winter and I highly recommend them. They did a top notch job of wiring, framing, drywall, and painting a family room and bedroom and a superior job building a bathroom including installing slate floor. They are reliable and dependable, communicated frequently to ensure they were doing what we wanted, completed the work on time, and we found them very affordable compared to other estimates. I would definitely hire them again if I were doing more renos.
