I purchased a Pacific Spa Endevour. The tub is out of the warranty period and I am in need of some parts. I called Darcy at Pacific Spas in Edmonton, Ab to purchase the parts and he asked me to send him the parts I needed in an email. I did this in April of 2015 but I did not hear back from him. I emailed him a few more times and those emails came back not delivered. I checked online and Sunny Beach Pools in Edmonton seemed to be at the same address and had the same phone number. I contacted them and they said they were the same co. and asked that I send the parts request to them by email. I tired to get them to respond for 3 months then got a short email asking if I had bought parts before. I replied a few times, it is 6 months now that I have not had a response. I cannot get parts for my hot tub. This company has no customer service or the courtesy to even respond to requests to buy parts. Beware of dealing with them.
