had roof done. i guess you get what you pay for!! contract stated that all clean up would be done on the ground with magnet, eve's, and roof. well found nails in my pool, all around house, on my van, found pieces of shingles in my eve's, and all around the house. Had 2 leaks. one while they were mid way done, they didn't tarp it properly, and i had water leaking down my door jam. thank god it wasn't on my wood floor. the second was when they were finished. he told me that he saw they caulked around some flashing but never thought to replace it and just went around the problem. had to call him back to that repair. didn't nail my shingle down properly, wasn't hitting the tar strip, cut a lot of shingle on top of one another and used that as my ridge cap's with cut's down them. told him about that and he tells me that he didn't see anything wrong. had flashing missing to cover the side and cover my plywood on a partial flat roof, he told me that it was cosmetic. it took me over a month to get him back over
