With several years of experience in public practice with financial reporting and tax compliance, Ryan set out to build and establish an accounting practice which allowed his team to work directly with clients of all sizes and goals in diverse industries including resource, manufacturing and consulting through the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. From personal and corporate tax clients, to public companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges with stringent and ever-changing financial reporting requirements, Ryan leverages his experience to ensure all clients reach their goals. Stephen E. Cheung, CA. Partner. Stephen is responsible for Canadian tax compliance, integrated tax planning, accounting and advisory services for Midland's private enterprise group. His experiences comprise working with small and medium enterprises, owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals. He has been in public practice since 2004 after graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction. Justin Foo, CA. Justin is responsible for Firm's regulatory compliance and advisory services including assisting companies' transition from Canadian GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standards for publicly listed entities. He has over six years of public practice experience where he specialized primarily in the audits of public companies. Justin has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University where he completed a joint major in Business and Economics in 2006.
