WHAT WE BELIEVE Our philosophy today remains the same as when we first began the company. We can only do well if the people who work for us also do well. We treat all our workers with the respect, dignity and honor they deserve. For us, fair trade is not only a label or marketing tool, it is and always has been our business model. All of our products can be used with the peace of mind that the people who put their care and efforts into the quality were well taken care of under the Kyber Outerwear banner. Several years ago, we made the switch from high quality ski apparel to the products that we currently offer. We are proud to offer natural fiber products are made primarily from wool, cotton, hemp, and recycled silk. We made this conscious decision before it was the trend. Our decision was made as a result of our true beliefs rather than public opinion. As people use our products they can be assured that they are having a minimal impact on the environment while enjoying all the comfort, style and quality they offer.
