Vanesa is a Vancouver based freelance professional makeup artist and hairstylist who has worked in the industry for over 10 years.
Experienced in a wide range of sectors, she is recognized for the natural approach to makeup and hairstyling and her emphasis of creating a flawless appearance. A Mac pro member, she is constantly updating her skills with seminars every year, learning new trends and techniques that allow her to remain in the top of her field. She has acquired in depth experience in the Aesthetics and Hairstyling sectors, giving her a strong background as a Makeup Artist. Vanesa is an innovative and committed artist who brings high standards, knowledge and creativity to her work, assuring client’s satisfaction. As an Entrepreneur, Vanesa has created Elite Makeup Art, a company with over seven years in the industry. She is working as a freelance makeup artist both in Canada and international, hosting seminars and workshops as well as team up with other makeup artists to work for commercial and corporate clients. She has been a valuable volunteer for Princess Margaret Cancer research Hospital. Currently she is a volunteer for the Vancouver Cancer Center. The Look Good Feel Better program of the Canadian Cosmetic Toiletry and fragrance Association (CCTFA), is a supportive and informative program related to the effects of cancer and its treatments. As a part of the Team of Look Good feel better Program, she shows women living with cancer new techniques of makeup, skin and nail care while undergoing chemotherapy.
