I have skills in all type of residents construction work, from kitchen renovations,bathrooms,basements,customized cabinetry,custom wall units,trimming houses, semi-detached, condos and some commerical. Repairs to older homes and rental units, inside and out. Professional carpentry skills and a strong working knowledge of what the other trades are doing. I am semi-retired, have my own tools and I am only looking for small jobs. Jobs that are not phyiscally demanding, for example repair jobs, doors that do not close, loose or damage railing,pocket door repairs,replacing stair treads, or any other small job in your home that needs fixing. I will come to your home and see what the job requires and we would proceed from there. If you want me to do the work, it will be time plus material. ,
