I have been bringing my dogs, both big and small, to Spawpet for many years. Clo and his staff do an excellent job of taking care of my pups. He is always on time and works quickly. I used to take my dogs to PetSmart but when they raised their rates for the same poor level of service I luckily found Spawpet. Here my dogs don't go in a crate before and after their appointment. Clo is great at estimating when they will be ready and gives me a call about 20 min before he is done as a heads up so that they aren't waiting around. He makes excellent recommendations and my boys come home looking good, smelling good, and feeling good. As one of my dogs has gotten older and has had significant loss of eye sight and hearing, becoming easier to aggravate and biting more frequently, Clo was patient and never complained. Very professional and great customer service.
