I have been assisting Winnipeg home buyers and sellers since 2005. My commitment to excellence has been a priority since day one. I have always used technology within my business model to promote clients properties and insure the maximum number of potential buyers have access to the listings. My "Video Tours" are just one of the many great marketing tools used. In 2005 I was the first Manitoba Realtor to produce and implement "Virtual Tours" on every single listing. Back then I'd have to burn each "Video Tour" to disc, package and individually hand out each copy. Today it's as simple as emailing or texting a hyper link to a buyers smart phone or personal computer.
Since joining professional Real Estate in Winnipeg I have chaired and resided on many committees within The Winnipeg Realtors Association. I have chaired the Sales Division Committee & Young Members Committee as well as sitting on The Board of Directors, Technology Committee, Finance committee, Real Estate News Committee and MREA Knob & Tube Task force. These committees may have taken up many hours of my free time, but I consider it an education that will benefit my clients for years & years to come. I personally live and work out of South Winnipeg with my wife and 2 children. We love Winnipeg and everything this great city has to offer in both winter and summer. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, kayaking and Manitoba camping trips. This great province has so much to offer with regards to the great outdoors and I intend to see all of it!
