Each workout is tailored to you and your goals, even when doing group sessions. I take care to make each session focused on your needs.
Sessions consist of a light warm up, rigorous training, and a cool down, all within 45 - 60 minutes. I will also assist you with dietary recommendations to enhance your health and bring you better results.
