Verity is Canada's only business, and social club for women. It’s an oasis in the heart of the city where Members can connect with like-minded professionals, share common interests, find new passions or simply re-connect with themselves.
Housed within 55, 000 square feet of a stunning restored 19th century chocolate factory includes: gorgeous lounges and meeting rooms, a fully equipped gym complete with yoga and spinning studios, an ozonated swimming pool, a quiet library, one the city’s best spa’s, sweetgrassspa, Verity’s acclaimed fine dining restaurant, George, and a European style boutique hotel, The Ivy at Verity. Verity’s diverse membership spans cultures, generations and business interests and includes many of the city’s leaders in the corporate, entrepreneurial, cultural and NGO sectors. In addition to using Verity for business or entertaining, Members and their guests can participate in many diverse events at Verity including evenings organized by its dynamic Arts and Culture Committee as well as its popular MasterMIND program which is a forum for Verity Members to share professional advice among each other. Verity’s membership is also committed to making and maintaining a connection with less fortunate women in the community. Verity regularly opens its doors to women from the neighbouring Regent Park area and runs a weekly Girl’s Club drawn from underprivileged girls in the neighbourhood. ‘100 Friends at Christmas’ is an annual event that provides Christmas dinner and presents for single mothers and their children.
